Began practice full throttle

This is my first stint with a SuccessFactors cdp certification exam. I have never ever given a certification in spite of being in the industry for 10 years. However, the C_THR95_2311 premium membership made me feel so much at ease and relaxed. I am impressed with their structured and autonomous format that did not disappoint me even once. This is something very much required in practice tests.
