Congratulations!!! You have passed the SAP Certification. But, your real test is going to be started from the next day. After certification, days are more nervous, particularly for the people who are looking for a job / SAP consulting job based on their certification. They might have invested a significant amount of money and spent six months of marathon preparation and effort, but it does not provide any guarantee that you get a job in the market. Today's market has become extremely competitive, and employers are more cost intuitive in rolling out the offer letters. You might be attending some interviews and blowing off each interview for different reasons. Many time you have done everything you would like to do to get a job. However, unfortunately, fate, market conditions, luck, economy is not in your favour. You have spent a lot of amount for training and certification. You have attended few tens of interviews. 

What are the things you mainly focus to get a job after passing SAP certification?

  1. Prepare Up to Date Resume

    As soon as you have passed the SAP Certification, take 2 – 3 days rest, which you really deserved, this would make your mind refresh. Then prepare up to date Resume, maybe you need to emphasize the following points while preparing your Resume.

Mainly, you should utilize the power of LinkedIn and update all your achievements, experiences, Certifications, etc. Furthermore, try to be in touch with some HR consultants, who are looking for skilled people. Also, regularly watch the job sites and different reputed companies’ career sites. It would be even beneficial if you could send your resume to the companies through employee referral rather than directly applying on the website, as so many people uploaded their resume and they might not have any time to examine into those.     As soon as you got certified, your responsibility will raise, and you need to improve the habit of reading. This will not only enhance the knowledge but also give a sense what is happening with new technologies in SAP. Beside this, you should continuously practice with the system.
