The SAP® C_THR94 certification confirms that you hold the core skills needed to implement SAP SuccessFactors Time Management as an entry-level partner consultant. It spans the configuration work that makes the solution run — activating Time Off, building holiday calendars and work schedules, defining absence time types and time profiles, and setting up approval workflows — then extends into time accounts and accrual rules, interim updates, and period-end processing. It also covers the full time sheet track: recording variants and methods, attendance types, entry rules, workflows, and approvals, plus time valuation with collectors, containers, overtime handling, flextime, and cross-midnight processing.
