Refund Policy

1. Money-back guarantee

Eligible candidates who do not pass their official SAP exam may qualify for a refund under our money-back guarantee. To be eligible, you must have fully prepared with ERPPrep before sitting your exam. Specifically, before your exam you must:

• Reach a readiness score above 95% for that exam within the Service.
• Complete 100% of that exam's scenario simulations.
• Complete 100% of that exam's skill drills.
• Sit the corresponding official SAP exam within the eligible access period.
• Not pass that exam.
• Submit a refund request with supporting documentation (such as your official result) within 30 days of receiving your official exam result.

2. Eligibility requirements may change

Because eligibility requirements may change over time, always review the complete current requirements before relying on the guarantee or submitting a request. The requirements in effect at the time of your purchase apply.

3. Standard refunds

Outside the guarantee, refunds are handled case by case and in line with the consumer-protection laws that apply to you and the terms of our merchant-of-record provider. Because access is a one-time, per-exam digital purchase delivered immediately, refunds for change of mind after substantial use may not be available except where the law requires.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@erpprep.com with your account email and the relevant details (the exam, your purchase, and, for guarantee claims, your supporting documentation). Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our merchant-of-record provider and may take several business days to appear.
