Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & acceptance

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Together they form the entire agreement between you and ERPPrep regarding the Service.

2. The Service & independence

ERPPrep provides original practice content for SAP certification exams, including Micro Skill Drills and Unified Scenario Simulations aligned with SAP's 2026 performance-based exam formats (System-Based Assessment and Scenario-Based Assessment).

ERPPrep is an independent platform, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SAP SE. “SAP” and SAP product names referenced on the Service are trademarks of SAP SE, used nominatively only to describe the exams our practice content prepares you for.

ERPPrep does not provide actual SAP exam questions, exam “dumps,” or official SAP scoring, and does not guarantee any certification result, exam score, or other outcome. Our content is for study and self-assessment only.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@erpprep.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Accounts are personal to you. Only one active session is permitted at a time, and account sharing, transfer, or resale is not allowed.

4. Purchases, access & billing

Premium access is sold as a one-time, per-exam purchase that grants two (2) months of access to that exam's content with unlimited practice attempts. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal — you will not be charged again unless you make a new purchase.

Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time; the price shown when you purchase is the price that applies to that purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party merchant-of-record provider, who acts as the seller of record, handles your payment details under its own terms, and may collect applicable taxes.

5. Refunds & money-back guarantee

Eligible candidates may qualify for a refund under our money-back guarantee, subject to the published eligibility requirements. Refund handling and the guarantee are described in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Free tier & usage limits

We may offer free sample content and may set limits on free usage (for example, a limited number of sample drills or scenarios per exam). These limits, and the features available on free and premium tiers, may change. Limits are enforced by the Service, and attempts to circumvent them are a breach of these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for your own individual exam preparation and in compliance with applicable law. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, copy, resell, redistribute, publish, or otherwise make ERPPrep content available to any third party.
• Share, sublicense, or provide access to your account to anyone else.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or other users' data.
• Use the Service to develop a competing product, or use automated means to extract content or evaluate the Service at scale.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, or misrepresent your identity.

8. Intellectual property

The Service and all original practice content, text, software, design, and other materials are owned by ERPPrep or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal exam preparation while your access is active. No other rights are granted.

All trademarks not owned by ERPPrep, including SAP marks, remain the property of their respective owners and are used nominatively only.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that practice content will match any particular exam, score, or outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ERPPrep and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to ERPPrep for the access giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ERPPrep and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to ERPPrep. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

13. Changes to the Service & these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the competent courts located in the People's Republic of China have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
