The SAP® C_THR94 certification confirms that you hold the core skills needed to implement SAP SuccessFactors Time Management as an entry-level partner consultant. It spans the configuration work that makes the solution run — activating Time Off, building holiday calendars and work schedules, defining absence time types and time profiles, and setting up approval workflows — then extends into time accounts and accrual rules, interim updates, and period-end processing. It also covers the full time sheet track: recording variants and methods, attendance types, entry rules, workflows, and approvals, plus time valuation with collectors, containers, overtime handling, flextime, and cross-midnight processing. Rounding out the scope are time tracking with clock in and clock out, configuration validation and troubleshooting, migrating existing time structures, reporting, and connecting recorded time to payroll. Because it is delivered as a Scenario-Based Assessment, the exam rewards applied configuration judgment rather than isolated recall, and it assumes a mentored, project-participation depth on the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
