Practice the way the performance-based C_THR84 exam actually tests you — execute real tasks and reason through real scenarios, not memorize. Built for genuine exam preparation; not affiliated with SAP SE.
Answer real C_THR84 drill questions and preview a full scenario right now, with answers and rationale.
The SAP® C_THR84 certification checks whether you hold the foundational knowledge to implement SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting: Candidate Experience as a mentored member of a project team, not merely describe it. Its scope follows a real implementation lifecycle: preparing and scoping a career-site project, designing search-optimized and accessible career sites, completing the technical setup and building the site in Career Site Builder, moving it to production and launching it, engaging talent through Candidate Relationship Management, and enabling source reporting in Recruiting Advanced Analytics — all resting on core SAP SuccessFactors platform administration. Because it is delivered as a Scenario-Based Assessment, the exam rewards applied judgment: you work through a single realistic activity that asks you to configure and apply the solution rather than answer isolated recall questions. The credential sits in the Human Capital Management portfolio, targets the consultant role, and is written at an entry-level, project-participation depth.
Exam at a glance
C_THR84 is a Scenario-Based Assessment, so being able to hold and defend a position matters as much as knowing the material. Scenario Roleplay is practice for exactly that: an AI character plays a client stakeholder, presses on your reasoning, and every objective is scored afterwards with your own words quoted back as the evidence.

Reviews from ERPPrep learners who prepared for C_THR84 with us.
“A friend preparing for the same exam suggested it. Practice by Domain shifted how I read candidate-experience questions, kinda, and I certified first go.”
“Setting up a career site had me stuck. Scenario Roleplay, then the connected challenges, closed it. Passed the exam.”
“Scoping a Career Site Builder rollout was the part I kept skipping, which was daft. I made myself sit with it for two weeks, honestly. Third exam on this site, through at the first attempt, and it got me onto the candidate portal project. I've told the team.”

Independent practice modelled on the Scenario-Based Assessment format. You are talking to an AI character in an original ERPPrep scenario — not SAP, not an SAP employee, and not the SAP exam. The scores are a practice signal against ERPPrep’s own criteria, never a prediction of a certification result. How Scenario Roleplay works.
