(In her words) "Exam center is decent, and they provided me a separate cubical to attempt the test. I was disappointed with their initial impression as they did not communicate allowed things to keep with you during the exam. Leave it, as I have cleared the exams in 110 mins."

The format of Certification Exam:
(In her words) "I am not impressed with their exam, but I am impressed with erpprep.com and their quality questions and exam pattern of C_THR81_1505. If you can crack erpprep.com questions, you can crack any exam of SAP. Similar questions are around 70% which I have faced in this site."
Her Experience During the Exam:
(In her words) "Well, I did struggle for one questions which I found little fuzzy, the question was about rules and workflows. Later I left it blanked. I was good and very much comfortable with other SAP SuccessFactor EC questions asked in the exam. Completed in 110 minutes of time."
How Did She Prepare:
(In her words) "Well, I equipped with manuals mentioned for SF EC exam C_THR81_1505 and done lots of practice with exercises of textbooks. I did practice to solve each question asked during online practice exams here, and this is a must. Cracking the exam questions with live scenarios is better than simple exercise mentioned in manuals.
I took almost two months of time to prepare with dedicated 4 hours daily to get certified with SAP SF EC exam. I had one year of experience in SAP HR consulting. It can be done in one month of time if anyone is more experienced than me."
