The SAP® C_ARCON certification verifies that you hold the core skills of an SAP Ariba Associate Business Consultant and can contribute to SAP Ariba Contracts design and implementation projects as a mentored member of a project team. Delivered as a Scenario-Based Assessment, it asks you to work through a realistic contract-management situation and apply your knowledge rather than answer isolated recall questions. The scope spans the full contract lifecycle in SAP Ariba Contracts — creating contract requests and workspaces, assembling contract teams and tasks, authoring main agreements and addenda with the clause library, amending and terminating contracts, administering workspace and project templates, running reports, and the strategic-sourcing realm configuration that underpins the wider suite. It is positioned as an entry-level qualification for consultants stepping into Ariba Contracts implementations, so the emphasis is on practical, project-ready contribution rather than deep solo expertise.
