The SAP® C_ACT certification checks whether you can help run an SAP implementation project using the SAP Activate methodology, not merely describe it. It spans the methodology foundation and its phases, the three pillars of SAP Activate, Clean Core and the SAP Integrated Toolchain, workstreams across cloud and on-premise projects, and the major transition paths — new implementation, system conversion, and selective data transition — alongside RISE with SAP framing. It also covers agile project delivery: Scrum fundamentals, roles and responsibilities, backlog creation, iterative build, and release planning. Because it is delivered as a Scenario-Based Assessment with a single activity, the exam rewards applied project judgment — you work through a realistic delivery situation and make the decisions a project manager would face rather than answer isolated recall questions. The scope is written for the project-manager and consultant profile at an associate, project-participation depth.
