The SAP® C_BCBDC certification checks whether you hold foundational, associate-level knowledge of SAP Business Data Cloud and can reason about it in context, not merely repeat definitions. It spans the platform end to end — the organizational data challenges it is built to solve, its design principles and overall architecture, the difference between intelligent applications and data products and how each is discovered, installed, and extended, the path for modernizing an existing SAP BW landscape, publishing SAP BW content as reusable data subscriptions, and the open data ecosystem that connects external tools and shares data in and out. Because it is delivered as a Scenario-Based Assessment, the exam rewards applied understanding: you work through a realistic situation and apply platform concepts rather than answering a long bank of isolated recall questions. The content is written for an entry-level, project-participation depth and sits alongside related tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere.
