The SAP® C_THR81 certification verifies that you can configure and operate the core of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central together with Position Management, at an entry-level associate depth suited to contributing on an implementation project under mentoring. Its scope reaches across the SuccessFactors platform foundation — provisioning, the Admin Center, and role-based permissions — into core HR configuration such as foundation objects, the succession data model, employee data imports, workflows, and event reasons, and then into position structures, the position organization chart, incumbent management, and the business rules that automate them. The credential is aimed at consultants implementing the solution, so it emphasizes applied configuration skill rather than passive knowledge. During its maintenance window SAP has not published the exam's format, cut score, or languages, and its Learning page shows a new format, so preparation should center on hands-on execution and confirming current details from SAP directly.
