The SAP® C_HAMOD certification checks whether you can actually provision and model data on SAP HANA Cloud and SAP HANA, not merely describe the tools. It spans two connected disciplines: building and optimizing calculation views in SAP Business Application Studio — dimension and cube views, projection, aggregation, join, union, rank and minus/intersect nodes, calculated and restricted columns, variables and input parameters, hierarchies, and custom SQLScript logic — and provisioning the underlying data through virtualization, replication, and transformation flowgraphs using SAP HANA smart data integration. Because it is delivered as a System-Based Assessment, the exam rewards applied execution: you complete modeling and provisioning tasks in a working system rather than answer isolated recall questions. Content targets an intermediate Data Scientist profile at project-participation depth, and also covers performance tuning, result caching, modeling lifecycle, projects, and security.
