Its scope runs across the full service lifecycle — organizational structures and master data such as products and technical objects, the interaction center, service order management from request through quotation, order, confirmation, and billing, plus in-house repairs, service contracts, recurring services driven by maintenance plans, and service analytics — together with the basic customizing that ties service transactions to controlling, logistics, and the cross-application time sheet.
