The SAP® C_TS470 certification confirms that you can operate and support the service line of business in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, not merely describe it. Its scope runs across the full service lifecycle — organizational structures and master data such as products and technical objects, the interaction center, service order management from request through quotation, order, confirmation, and billing, plus in-house repairs, service contracts, recurring services driven by maintenance plans, and service analytics — together with the basic customizing that ties service transactions to controlling, logistics, and the cross-application time sheet. Because it is delivered as a System-Based Assessment, the exam rewards applied execution in a working system rather than isolated recall, and the content covers both private cloud and on-premise deployments at an entry-level, mentored consultant depth. Previous project experience is helpful but not strictly required.
