Practice the way the performance-based C_THR97 exam actually tests you — execute real tasks and reason through real scenarios, not memorize. Built for genuine exam preparation; not affiliated with SAP SE.
Answer real C_THR97 drill questions and preview a full scenario right now, with answers and rationale.
The SAP® C_THR97 certification confirms that you hold the foundational knowledge and applied skills needed to configure SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding as a mentored member of an implementation team. It spans the full new-hire journey — enabling Onboarding in provisioning, assigning role-based permissions, initiating onboarding from Recruiting, shaping the onboarding data model and programs, activating compliance forms and e-signature document flows, and wiring up email services — as well as lifecycle events such as rehire, internal hire, offboarding, and process-variant customization. Because it is delivered as a Scenario-Based Assessment built around a single guided activity, the exam rewards applied configuration rather than isolated recall. It targets the consultant profile at an entry-level, project-participation depth; note that provisioning rights on live customer systems are granted only to registered SAP partner consultants, not to customers or independent consultants even once they are certified.
Exam at a glance
C_THR97 is a Scenario-Based Assessment, so being able to hold and defend a position matters as much as knowing the material. Scenario Roleplay is practice for exactly that: an AI character plays a client stakeholder, presses on your reasoning, and every objective is scored afterwards with your own words quoted back as the evidence.

Independent practice modelled on the Scenario-Based Assessment format. You are talking to an AI character in an original ERPPrep scenario — not SAP, not an SAP employee, and not the SAP exam. The scores are a practice signal against ERPPrep’s own criteria, never a prediction of a certification result.
