The SAP® C_THR82 certification verifies that you possess the fundamental knowledge and configuration skills to implement SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals as a supervised project team member. It spans the full talent-performance scope: setting up goal plan templates and goal alignment, building performance review form templates with their sections and permission model, calibrating results using performance data, deploying Continuous Performance Management and continuous feedback, and configuring 360 Reviews — all on top of the SuccessFactors platform foundation of role-based permissions, the Metadata Framework, and business rules. The certification is positioned as an entry-level associate qualification for consultants who will apply these fundamentals on implementation projects under the guidance of an experienced colleague, and it increasingly reflects SAP's move toward applied, performance-based assessment rather than isolated recall.
