The SAP® C_C4H63 certification confirms that you hold the foundational and applied capabilities expected of a consultant working within SAP's customer-data solutions area, centered on the SAP Customer Data Platform. It is positioned as an entry-level qualification, verifying that you grasp the solution end to end and can contribute the hands-on technical work needed as a project-team member during an implementation. The scope runs across the platform's core pillars — unifying and resolving customer identities into a single profile, ingesting customer data under privacy and trust controls, building activity indicators, segments, and explorations, activating audiences through actions, and orchestrating engagement with CX flows and journeys.
