The SAP® C_C4H62 certification checks whether you can actually implement SAP Customer Data Cloud as a mentored member of a project team, not merely describe it. It spans the core customer identity and access management flow — exploring the solution and its place in the SAP Customer Experience suite, creating and configuring sites in the console, building lite and full registration, configuring the web UI and implementing screen-sets with the Web SDK, and setting up consent statements with compliant consent-record capture. It then extends into the B2B capabilities: activating organization management, handling member attributes and approval workflows, onboarding organizations, delegated administration, policy-based access control, and integrating those B2B features with an external website. Because it is delivered as a System-Based Assessment, the exam rewards applied execution — you carry out configuration tasks in a working system rather than answering isolated recall questions. It is written for the consultant profile at an entry-level, project-participation depth.
