The SAP® C_C4H22 certification checks whether you can put SAP Engagement Cloud, Emarsys Edition into practice as an implementation consultant, not merely describe the product. It spans the platform end to end — managing contacts and imported data, building criteria-based and combined segments, creating personalized email campaigns, automating customer journeys with tactics, and measuring results with email and program analytics. It then broadens into omnichannel execution across web channel and web push, mobile-first design, mobile wallet, SMS and Mobile Engage, loyalty, and digital ads, and finally into the technical implementation layer: account and user administration, dataset identification, external events and content, relational data, plug-ins, and SAP CX connectors. Delivered as a Scenario-Based Assessment, the exam rewards applied decision-making inside realistic marketing situations rather than isolated recall, and prior project experience is not assumed.
