The SAP® C_ACDET certification checks whether you can independently configure, extend, and manage the SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite as a partner consultant or administrator, not merely describe it. It spans the full deployment lifecycle — planning an end-to-end rollout with the SAP Activate methodology, applying and sharing a configuration baseline across customer test sites, performing simple and advanced field configurations through Customization Manager and the Ariba object model, managing flex master data, form templates, and translations, and migrating a completed configuration into production across greenfield, bluefield, and brownfield scenarios using Intelligent Configuration Manager. Because it is delivered as a Scenario-Based Assessment built around a single activity, the exam rewards applied execution: you carry out connected configuration and migration tasks that reflect a real customer deployment rather than answering isolated recall questions. It centers on self-service capability, certifying that you can own the configuration and go-live process with minimal reliance on external support.
