Practice the way the performance-based C_FSM exam actually tests you — execute real tasks and reason through real scenarios, not memorize. Built for genuine exam preparation; not affiliated with SAP SE.
Answer real C_FSM drill questions and preview a full scenario right now, with answers and rationale.
The SAP® C_FSM certification confirms that you have the core functional configuration skills to participate as a mentored member of an SAP Field Service Management implementation team. It is positioned as an entry-level qualification for the consultant profile and spans the full FSM solution: account and company administration, master data, planning and dispatching, automated and assisted scheduling, the mobile field service apps, SmartForms, business rules, analytics and reporting, Crowd Service, customer self-service, and integration — now including embedded artificial intelligence. Because it is delivered as a Scenario-Based Assessment, the exam rewards applied judgement: you interpret a realistic field-service situation and carry out the configuration and process steps it calls for, rather than answering isolated recall questions. Content targets both the web and mobile applications and the administrator, dispatcher, and technician user scenarios.
Exam at a glance
C_FSM is a Scenario-Based Assessment, so being able to hold and defend a position matters as much as knowing the material. Scenario Roleplay is practice for exactly that: an AI character plays a client stakeholder, presses on your reasoning, and every objective is scored afterwards with your own words quoted back as the evidence.

Reviews from ERPPrep learners who prepared for C_FSM with us.
“Dispatch and integration questions kept beating me. Watching my weak areas shrink, honestly, was what shifted it. Sorted.”
“Spare part planning was my weak spot, no drama. Scenario Roleplay and a full run at a real situation sorted it. Daalu, I passed the exam, I plan our spares now, and I'd recommend it.”
“Technician master data tripped me once. The explanations fixed that, and the pass followed.”

Independent practice modelled on the Scenario-Based Assessment format. You are talking to an AI character in an original ERPPrep scenario — not SAP, not an SAP employee, and not the SAP exam. The scores are a practice signal against ERPPrep’s own criteria, never a prediction of a certification result. How Scenario Roleplay works.
