The SAP® C_FSM certification confirms that you have the core functional configuration skills to participate as a mentored member of an SAP Field Service Management implementation team. It is positioned as an entry-level qualification for the consultant profile and spans the full FSM solution: account and company administration, master data, planning and dispatching, automated and assisted scheduling, the mobile field service apps, SmartForms, business rules, analytics and reporting, Crowd Service, customer self-service, and integration — now including embedded artificial intelligence. Because it is delivered as a Scenario-Based Assessment, the exam rewards applied judgement: you interpret a realistic field-service situation and carry out the configuration and process steps it calls for, rather than answering isolated recall questions. Content targets both the web and mobile applications and the administrator, dispatcher, and technician user scenarios.
