The SAP® C_WME certification confirms that you can put digital adoption into practice with the WalkMe platform rather than simply describe it. It validates a grounding in what digital adoption and digital transformation mean, why organizations invest in WalkMe, and how the platform's success methodology — gathering data, turning it into action, and shaping user experiences — guides real builds. Candidates are expected to translate business challenges into working WalkMe content: SmartTips, Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, ShoutOuts, segmentation, and the analytics that measure engagement. Because it is delivered as a Scenario-Based Assessment built around a single hands-on activity, the exam rewards applied construction of solutions over isolated recall, aligning with SAP's 2026 performance-based direction.
