The SAP® C_THR95 certification confirms that you hold the core skills needed to configure and operate career development, planning, and mentoring functionality within SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development, rather than merely describe it. Its scope spans the platform foundations an implementation depends on — provisioning, role-based permissions, the succession data model, People Profile, and the Metadata Framework — then moves into the module itself: job architecture with skills and competencies, development goal plans, the career worksheet and role-readiness forms, the opportunity marketplace, learning-activity integration, and end-to-end mentoring programs. Because it is delivered as a Scenario-Based Assessment, the exam rewards applied judgement — reading a business situation and choosing the correct configuration path — over isolated recall. It targets the consultant profile at an entry-level, project-participation depth, and registered SAP partner consultants receive provisioning rights once certified while customers and independent consultants do not.
