The SAP® C_SIGPM certification confirms that you hold the fundamental knowledge needed to manage and design business processes with the SAP Signavio product family, keeping the customer experience at the heart of every process decision. It spans the essentials of business process management — core process elements and lifecycle thinking, modeling and design in BPMN 2.0, collaboration through the Process Collaboration Hub, process governance and workflow management, decision modeling with DMN, customer journey modeling, workspace administration, and the embedded AI capabilities that now support process work in SAP Signavio. Because it is delivered as a Scenario-Based Assessment, the exam rewards applied judgment: you interpret a described business situation and choose how to model, govern, or optimize the process rather than answer isolated recall questions.
