About the C_SIGDA exam
The SAP® C_SIGDA certification confirms that you can analyze and improve business processes using process data rather than intuition, working with the SAP Signavio portfolio. It is positioned as an entry-level qualification for the process data analyst role and spans the foundations of business processes and business process management, collaboration in the SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub, process mining concepts, and hands-on analysis with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence — starting investigations, using widgets, and examining performance, timing, distribution, and conformance. It also covers data management and ETL, building queries with SiGNAL, guided analysis in SAP Signavio Process Insights, the Plug and Gain accelerator approach for SAP ERP transformation, and embedded AI capabilities. Because it is delivered as a Scenario-Based Assessment, the exam rewards applied reasoning: you interpret a described situation and make data-driven analytical decisions rather than recalling isolated facts.
