The SAP® C_C4H32 certification confirms that you hold the core, functional skills of an SAP Commerce Cloud business analyst and can contribute to a project team in a mentored, entry-level role. It approaches the platform from a business-user perspective rather than a developer one: you learn to describe the purpose and building blocks of SAP Commerce Cloud, manage product and web content along with catalogs, edit the storefront with SmartEdit, configure search and navigation, create promotions and coupons, run everyday administration in the Backoffice Administration Cockpit, support B2B buying and selling, and handle order fulfillment and customer support. Because it is delivered as a System-Based Assessment, the exam rewards doing real tasks in a working environment instead of recalling isolated facts. The recommended preparation is the Configuring SAP Commerce Cloud learning journey together with the product documentation, and access requires an SAP customer or partner registration.
