The SAP® C_AIG certification verifies that you can build working generative AI solutions on SAP's platform rather than only describe the concepts. It centers on the generative AI hub inside SAP AI Launchpad, where you apply prompt engineering, manage reusable prompt templates through the Prompt Registry, orchestrate model workflows, and connect large language models to trusted company data so responses stay accurate and context-aware. Delivered as a System-Based Assessment, the exam asks you to complete a hands-on activity in a live environment, so it rewards applied skill with SAP AI Core, the SAP Cloud SDK for AI, and grounding techniques built on vector search rather than isolated recall.
