Practice the way the performance-based C_THR86 exam actually tests you — execute real tasks and reason through real scenarios, not memorize. Built for genuine exam preparation; not affiliated with SAP SE.
Answer real C_THR86 drill questions and preview a full scenario right now, with answers and rationale.
The SAP® C_THR86 certification checks whether you can actually configure and operate SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, not merely describe it. It confirms foundational, project-ready command of the module — preparing an implementation and granting administrator permissions, linking the data type definition to the compensation plan, importing and grouping employee data, building compensation plans, worksheets, route maps, and salary and stock sheets, developing eligibility rules, budgets, and guidelines, publishing results back to Employee Central, and generating reports and compensation statements. Because it is delivered as a Scenario-Based Assessment, the exam rewards applied execution: you complete a guided activity in a working system rather than answer isolated recall questions. It is positioned as an entry-level qualification for consultants learning the fundamentals under the guidance of an experienced colleague, and provisioning rights are reserved for registered SAP partner consultants only.
Exam at a glance
C_THR86 is a Scenario-Based Assessment, so being able to hold and defend a position matters as much as knowing the material. Scenario Roleplay is practice for exactly that: an AI character plays a client stakeholder, presses on your reasoning, and every objective is scored afterwards with your own words quoted back as the evidence.

Reviews from ERPPrep learners who prepared for C_THR86 with us.
“Employee grouping on C_THR86 was where I slipped. The weak-area tracking put me straight there. One go, done.”
“Honestly, publishing to Employee Central was the bit I kept fudging. Scenario Roleplay and the hints on erpprep settled it. Passed it.”
“Focusing on recurring mistakes, my scores for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation steadily climbed. Truthfully, the pass landed first time, and I sent the link on.”

Independent practice modelled on the Scenario-Based Assessment format. You are talking to an AI character in an original ERPPrep scenario — not SAP, not an SAP employee, and not the SAP exam. The scores are a practice signal against ERPPrep’s own criteria, never a prediction of a certification result.
