Yes. ERPPrep Scenario Roleplay is a written practice conversation: you are given a business case, an AI character plays the client stakeholder, and they question the position you take rather than simply accepting it. Afterwards, each objective is scored, with your own words quoted back as the evidence.
Most practice content asks you to recognise the right answer. Scenario Roleplay asks you to hold one — to state a recommendation, name the trade-off you are accepting, and stay consistent when the stakeholder pushes back. That is a different skill, and it is the one advisory-style exams put under pressure.
Which Exams Have It
Scenario Roleplay is available for Scenario-Based Assessment (SBA) exams only. System-Based Assessment (SyBA) exams are performed and graded inside a live SAP system, so there is no advisory conversation to rehearse — and ERPPrep does not reproduce SAP system environments. Your exam's page states which format it uses.
How a Session Works
- You read the brief first: The business case is shown before any question is asked, and you can reopen it at any point during the conversation.
- You are questioned, not quizzed: The character asks about your reasoning, follows up where an answer is thin, and moves on when it is satisfied.
- It will not tell you if you are right: The character never confirms or corrects an answer, and never supplies one. That is deliberate — being told mid-conversation would remove the thing you came to practise.
- Then it is scored: Each objective receives a 1-to-5 band with a short explanation of what was missing, supported by a verbatim quote from what you actually said.
What It Is Not
Scenario Roleplay is independent ERPPrep practice modelled on the scenario-based format. It is not SAP's assessment tool, not an official SAP assessment, and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SAP SE. It does not reproduce SAP's interface or its video review process, and its scores are a practice signal against ERPPrep's own criteria — never an SAP result and never a prediction of one.

Every exam pass for a scenario-based exam includes Scenario Roleplay conversations, a set number of which are scored. If you want every conversation scored, the pass that includes Scenario Roleplay covers it, and it can also be added to an existing pass at any time before your access ends. Your conversation transcript is kept for 90 days and then deleted; your scores are kept so you can track progress.
