The SAP® C_THR88 certification checks whether you can configure and administer the SAP SuccessFactors Learning solution in a real implementation context, not merely describe it. It spans the platform foundations the module sits on, the integration with SuccessFactors HCM, and the full learning-administration lifecycle — creating items, assembling curricula and programs, assigning learning, managing classes and history, building assessments and surveys, running reports, and designing the security domains and roles that govern access.
