About the C_THR83 exam
The SAP® C_THR83 certification confirms that you can configure and operate the recruiter-facing side of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, not simply describe it. It spans the full hiring lifecycle a recruiter touches — preparing an instance and Admin Center for recruiting, building and modifying job requisitions with the requisition data model, configuring candidate profiles and application templates, advertising roles through external career portals, agencies and employee referrals, managing prescreening, competencies and interviews, generating offer letters and online offers, and maintaining email, SMS, data-privacy and integration settings. Delivered as a Scenario-Based Assessment, the exam is built around applied judgment: you interpret a hiring situation and choose the correct configuration path rather than recalling isolated facts. It targets the consultant role at an entry-level, project-participation depth and sits on top of the SAP SuccessFactors platform foundation covered in the prerequisite academy.
