It validates the core administrator skills behind the statement-of-work (SOW) lifecycle — engaging, managing, and evaluating external service providers — along with the master-data, user, supplier, workflow, and financial configuration that underpins them. Because it is delivered as a Scenario-Based Assessment with a single hands-on activity, the exam rewards applied problem-solving: you interpret a realistic services-procurement situation and carry out the configuration and administration steps it requires.
