The SAP® C_TFG51 certification confirms that you can configure, administer, analyze, and integrate SAP Fieldglass to run a contingent and external workforce, not merely describe it. It spans the whole contingent workflow — setting up master data, company structure, users, and suppliers; building rate structures and workflow approvals; procuring and managing contingent workers through job postings and work orders; producing reports and analytics; and connecting SAP Fieldglass to other systems through the Configuration Manager. Because it is delivered as a Scenario-Based Assessment, the exam rewards applied work: you complete the administration and configuration steps a realistic situation requires rather than answer isolated recall questions. It is written for an administrator profile at an entry-level, project-participation depth, proving you can contribute to a contingent-workforce program in a mentored role.
