The SAP® C_SIGVT certification confirms that you can steer and validate a business transformation rather than merely describe one. It centers on the SAP Business Transformation Framework and the surrounding cloud strategy — the direction of the SAP Business Suite and the clean-core principle — and on how the RISE with SAP methodology supplies a standardized framework and a connected toolchain. You are expected to compare designed processes against how they actually run, spot inefficiencies and compliance gaps, and confirm the key transformation metrics that tie a program to real business results across each phase. The scope draws on SAP Signavio for process validation, SAP LeanIX for enterprise-architecture transparency, SAP Cloud ALM for progress monitoring, and WalkMe for adoption insight. Because it is delivered as a Scenario-Based Assessment, the exam rewards applied judgment: you interpret a realistic transformation situation and decide the correct validation approach, written for an intermediate, project-facing profile.
