The SAP® C_OCM certification checks whether you can manage the human side of an SAP cloud transformation, not merely describe change-management theory. It validates that you can join a project team in a mentored role and guide organizational change across every SAP Activate phase — identifying and engaging stakeholders, planning and delivering communication, assessing how a change affects the organization, preparing the transition, and building a learning-and-enablement approach that drives high, sustainable user adoption. Because it is delivered as a Scenario-Based Assessment, the exam rewards applied judgment: you work through a realistic project situation and make the decisions a change consultant would face rather than answering isolated recall questions. The content treats change management as a cross-product discipline and is written for the consultant and project-manager profiles at an entry-level, project-participation depth, with foundational SAP Activate knowledge recommended.
