The SAP® C_ARSUM certification confirms that you can participate in an SAP Ariba Supplier Management implementation as an entry-level, mentored member of a project team. Its scope spans the two solutions at the heart of the credential — SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance and SAP Ariba Supplier Risk — and the everyday work of managing suppliers across them: navigating the supplier and risk dashboards, maintaining common supplier information and contacts, running supplier requests and registrations, handling modular questionnaires and certificates, driving qualification and preferred-supplier processes, evaluating performance through surveys and scorecards, monitoring risk exposure and control-based engagement assessments, generating reports, and performing setup and administration. Because it is delivered as a Scenario-Based Assessment, the exam frames these tasks inside realistic business situations rather than isolated recall items, so preparation should emphasize interpreting a requirement and choosing the correct process response.
