Practice the way the performance-based E_ACTAI exam actually tests you — execute real tasks and reason through real scenarios, not memorize. Built for genuine exam preparation; not affiliated with SAP SE.
Answer real E_ACTAI drill questions and preview a full scenario right now, with answers and rationale.
The SAP® E_ACTAI certification checks whether you can actually lead an agile SAP implementation using the SAP Activate framework, not merely describe it. It validates cloud-focused business skills and the ability to apply agile methodologies and tooling across a live project — planning and executing the work, running Scrum in an SAP context, managing internal and external stakeholders, applying basic change-management practices, and guiding the transition from the sales phase through realization. The scope draws on the SAP Activate methodology foundation and its phases, cloud transition paths, workstreams and Clean Core, plus the agile delivery cycle of backlog creation, iterative build, release planning, sprint execution, and testing. Because it is delivered as a Scenario-Based Assessment, the exam rewards applied judgement: you work through a realistic project situation and make the calls a project manager would make, rather than answering isolated recall questions. It targets the project-manager profile at a specialist depth.
Exam at a glance
E_ACTAI is a Scenario-Based Assessment, so being able to hold and defend a position matters as much as knowing the material. Scenario Roleplay is practice for exactly that: an AI character plays a client stakeholder, presses on your reasoning, and every objective is scored afterwards with your own words quoted back as the evidence.

Reviews from ERPPrep learners who prepared for E_ACTAI with us.
“Skill Map showed where I was weak after failing E_ACTAI once. The second attempt went my way, and a new role followed.”
“Agile ceremonies were my weak point. Retakes and a roleplay did the rest. Passed it.”
“Dreaded them, the agile ceremonies, honestly. Full scenario practice put me in front of a sceptical client, and that sorted it. One go, and that was that.”

Independent practice modelled on the Scenario-Based Assessment format. You are talking to an AI character in an original ERPPrep scenario — not SAP, not an SAP employee, and not the SAP exam. The scores are a practice signal against ERPPrep’s own criteria, never a prediction of a certification result. How Scenario Roleplay works.
