The SAP® E_ACTAI certification checks whether you can actually lead an agile SAP implementation using the SAP Activate framework, not merely describe it. It validates cloud-focused business skills and the ability to apply agile methodologies and tooling across a live project — planning and executing the work, running Scrum in an SAP context, managing internal and external stakeholders, applying basic change-management practices, and guiding the transition from the sales phase through realization. The scope draws on the SAP Activate methodology foundation and its phases, cloud transition paths, workstreams and Clean Core, plus the agile delivery cycle of backlog creation, iterative build, release planning, sprint execution, and testing. Because it is delivered as a Scenario-Based Assessment, the exam rewards applied judgement: you work through a realistic project situation and make the calls a project manager would make, rather than answering isolated recall questions.
