The SAP® C_THR85 certification confirms that you hold foundational, associate-level knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management and can apply it on an implementation project while working alongside a more experienced consultant. It is aimed at partner consultants who configure the solution, and it spans the practical setup the module requires: enabling and permissioning succession, aligning People Profile with the succession data model, defining nomination methods and the position model, running Talent Search, managing talent pools, working with the Succession Org Chart plus the position-tile and lineage views, building Matrix Grid reports and talent cards, and importing successors alongside calibration.
