The SAP® C_C4H56 certification confirms that you can actually implement and run SAP Service Cloud Version 2, not merely describe its features. It follows the administrator's path through a Service Cloud project — confirming system prerequisites, enabling contracts and tenants, activating base configuration, managing users and access restrictions, and tailoring the interface — then moves into master data setup for service organizations, customer accounts, and products. From there it spans the operational core: building service objects such as registered products, warranties, and installed bases; standing up case management with case types, the case designer, and status schemas; configuring service elements like categories, service-level agreements, and routing; and wiring up email and phone communication channels. Because it is delivered as a System-Based Assessment, the exam rewards applied configuration in a working system rather than isolated recall, and it is written for the consultant profile at an entry-level, project-participation depth suited to a mentored role.
